The Moon is the only natural satellite of the Earth, and the fifth largest satellite in the Solar System. It is the largest natural satellite of a planet in the Solar System relative to the size of its primary, having a quarter the diameter of Earth but only 1⁄81 its' mass.
Apollo 11 was an American spaceflight in which the astronauts Neil Armstrong
and Buzz Aldrin became the first ever to land on the Moon on July 20, 1969, at
20:18 UTC. Further, Neil Armstrong became the first to step onto the Moon 6
hours after the landing on 21 July, 02:56 UTC.
